I am an educator who values diversity in the classroom. I understand that each child comes from a unique background. It’s important for me to embrace the differences children have and let them know that each one of them is valuable. We can learn from each other and teach each other as well. I want to teach my students how we can gain new knowledge from other people’s background, culture, and experiences.
